Hungerford Town

D-DAY 80th ANNIVERSARY – Commemorative Weekend

28th – 30th June 2024

The town welcomes all to Commemorate and Celebrate the 80th D-Day Anniversary on 28th – 30th June 2024.

This three day immersive weekend will have activities to commemorate, inform and celebrate the vital contribution that the area made in the build up to, and launch of the largest invasion in history and the subsequent turning point in WW2. The event is supported by our friends at Commemorative Convoys.

The objectives are to Salute the Fallen; to raise money for charities and to welcome the community and visitors to this unique historic occasion.
