Fishing in Hungerford

Hungerford is an excellent location for fishing enthusiasts with the nearby River Dun, River Kennet and Kennet and Avon Canal as ideal places to start. The River Kennet is home to a variety of fish species, including brown trout, grayling, barbel, roach, dace, perch, bream, and pike. The upper part of the river is known for its brown trout and grayling, while the middle and lower reaches of the river are home to fish such as barbel, bleak, chub, roach, gudgeon, bream, and dace.
